∎ BSC in Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil Engineering with excellent academic results from a reputed university.
∎ An MBA or MSc is preferable
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PMP
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project
∎ Prepare and submit proposals, bids, and presentations to win new projects and contracts.
∎ Manage project finances, monitor expenditures, and maintain financial records.
∎ Evaluate and implement changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, as needed.
∎ Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility
∎ Develop project plans, objectives, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
∎ Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, designers, and technical and equipment, to meet project goals and deadlines.
∎ Manage project teams, providing leadership, and guidance, and ensuring effective communication.
∎ To prepare all types of material estimating or BOQ.
∎ Track project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedules and budgets.
∎ Oversee quality control and assurance processes to meet project specifications and standards.
∎ Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans.
∎ Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and ensuring project deliverables align with expectations.
∎ Complete project closeout activities, including final documentation, client handover, and project evaluation.
∎ Identify potential markets, clients, and industries for business expansion and growth.
∎ Develop strategies for generating leads and building a network of potential clients.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
∎ Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities and threats.
∎ Develop and manage budgets for business development activities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ A least 10-15 years’ experience in the Oil and gas, Automation, Bank financial Machineries related field
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Clear knowledge of project management and Business Development.
∎ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
∎ Excellent team player and building relationships.
∎ Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation.
∎ Leadership extends beyond individual accomplishments to creating a cohesive and motivated workforce.
