Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare the project planning work diagram & progress update report.
∎ Co-ordinate with consultants for drawing and decisions as well as maintain safety measures.
∎ Coordinate the structure & finishing works (piling, civil structure, steel structure, SS, façade, Cladding, Tiles, aluminum, wood, and paint, interior works etc.)
∎ Preparation of work methodology, safe work procedure & risk analysis.
∎ Quality control & quality assurance of the products and overall works.
∎ To prepare the schedule & re-schedule as per site requirement & environmental condition.
∎ Good computer skill with architectural design, AutoCAD and software operation.
∎ Co-ordination with consultants for drawings & decisions as well as maintain safety measures.
∎ Visit upcoming project sites & prepare feasibility study.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-3 years in any mega civil construction projects or real estate etc.
∎ Highly skilled in project management and technically highly sound to ensure excellent quality.
∎ Should have positive attitude & devoted to hard work.
∎ Dynamic, proactive, self-motivated and value driven.
