Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma & B.Sc (Civil) from any reputed university & institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and monitor regular activities of construction site, estimation of budget, prepare and verify bills, report regular progress of work to superior.
∎ Estimate materials as per requirement.
∎ Strong drawing understanding skills.
∎ Checking of work volume and bills submitted by different contractors.
∎ Follow-up all civil works and safety issues.
∎ Adaptable and able to work under pressure independently.
∎ Check site materials quality and volume.
∎ Project construction schedule, supervision and activity management.
∎ Bill checking as per completed work as per given design & quality.
∎ Excellent verbal & written communications skills, presentation skills & interpersonal skills.
∎ Be able to manage large construction project independently, in terms of both engineering supervision and man-management.
∎ Ensure quality control of actual work and materials used in different phases of work.
∎ Maintain day to day contact and coordination of client and/or consultants, if any, for implementation of the project.
∎ Provide periodic report, both verbally and in written to the top management for planning and implementation of the project.

∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 05 (Five) years' experience in real estate & construction project.
