Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed universities.
∎ Master or Bachelor degree after diploma is not acceptable
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Construction project site management related to Civil, Interior and Electrical. Responsibilities goes to A to Z scheduling, planning, procurement, labour management, billing, client handling etc. Require to look after more than one site at a time.
∎ Excellent skill in MS Project, MS Excel and MS Word is a must. Capacity to schedule projects in computer.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Construction Project Management will get preference
∎ Management of site, client and related human resources.
∎ Previous experience in related field and from reputed company is preferred.
∎ Able to handle clients independently and lead a big team.
∎ Ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
∎ Physical and mental strength to visit clients and sites anywhere in Bangladesh.
Salary: Negotiable
