∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Civil
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
AutoCAD, MICROSOFT OFFICE, MS Project, Project Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Actively monitor and supervise all construction and related works. Estimate and preparing bill of quantity as per drawing and guideline.
∎ Checking the bills of contractors as per field measurement.
∎ Prepare reports on daily construction work. Co-ordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, and other related groups.
∎ Ensure safety measures during construction work. Understand, execute & maintain the compliance requirements. Strict to the work schedule and deadline of work.
∎ Ensure the quality of Construction work. Guiding the construction workers.
∎ Monitoring material test of different items. Controlling damage and waste of material.
∎ Preparing material requisition on time. Ensuring the cleanliness of the project.
∎ Establishing a healthy work environment.
∎ Any other task as guided by reporting Manager/Management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 37 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Construction works & multistoried.
∎ Hard Working Mentality
∎ Good communication skill is required.
∎ Mentality to do shifting duty.
∎ Government institute will be preferred
