Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering /B.Sc in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Completing project pre-planning processes, such as cost estimations and budgeting
∎ Establishing construction schedules
∎ Negotiating contracts and obtaining permits
∎ Collaborating with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
∎ Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
∎ Managing on-site construction personnel
∎ Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
∎ Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
∎ Reviewing compliance with federal and local safety guidelines and standards
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong written communication & report writing skill;
∎ Proven experience as construction project manager
∎ Able to work under pressure and control large number project;
∎ Willing to travel extensively, Should have good communication & negotiating skill.
∎ Sound knowledge about the market trend and competitors
∎ Must have very good persuading and presentation skill to the customers.
