Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Civil Engineering, Master of Science (M.Sc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Construction, Land Development, Project Budgeting, Project Costing, Project designing, Project Management, Project Planning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Position will responsible for the reporting of overall projects, project operation, Project management and project completion.
∎ Provides oversight of program implementation including all activities, outputs, and outcomes related to project management and administration, including reporting, budget development and monitoring, financial transactions, execution of project plans, and project performance.
∎ Ensures the project produces the specified results in the annual workplan(s) to the required standard of quality and within the timeline and budget parameters.
∎ He has to supervise the whole project occupation. For the forthcoming project(s), he should do the feasibility study as well as compose the estimation of the supplies.
∎ He has to be well-known and retain diverse software like, PMP, ERP, Project Planning by MS Project and PMP software.
∎ He has to ensure and implement the Project Safety Plan.
∎ He should be enthusiastic on the Quality Control as per the Project Quality Plan.
∎ The Project Director has to be conscious on Proper documentation by PMP and other means.
∎ Coordinates the efforts of various workers in order to ensure that required tasks can be accomplished.
∎ Develops a timeline for the completion of certain milestones for a given project.
∎ Creates a budget for the completion of a particular job, and monitors the amount of money spent in order to ensure the project does not exceed this amount.
∎ Any other tasks assign by the management.
