Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Civil Engineering (BUET, CUET, KUET, RUET Graduates will get preference)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Position will be responsible for the Planning Operating, Managing and Implementing of overall projects.
∎ Provide oversight of program implementation including all activities, outputs, and outcomes related to project management and administration, including reporting, budget development and monitoring, financial transactions, execution of project plans, and project performance.
∎ Ensure the project produces the specified results in the annual workplan(s) to the required
∎ standard of quality and within the timeline and budget parameters.
∎ Supervise the whole project occupation.
∎ DO the feasibility study as well as compose the estimation of the supplies for the forthcoming project(s).
∎ Develop a timeline for the completion of certain milestones for a given project.
∎ Create a budget for the completion of a particular job, and monitor expense in order to ensure the project does not exceed budget.
∎ Track, monitor and implement projects through diverse software like, PMP, ERP, Project Planning by MS Project and PMP software.
∎ Ensure and implement the Project Safety Plan.
∎ Ensure Quality Control as per the Project Quality Plan.
∎ Ensure Proper documentation by PMP and other means.
∎ Coordinate the efforts of various workers in order to ensure that required tasks can be accomplished.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in High rise Building Construction Management, Project Management, Project Planning, Project Budgeting, Project Costing, project designing
∎ Having Msc. in Civil Engineering/PMP will add extra advantage
∎ SKILLS:
∎ Must be agile and ready to take Challenge
∎ Must have eladership capability to manage and motivate staff
