Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ PMP course passed will be consider as added advantage
∎ Skills Required: Project Budgeting, Project Costing, Project Delivery, Project Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Project Management, Project Planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1) He has to supervise the whole project occupation. For the forthcoming project(s), he should do the feasibility study as well as compose the estimation of the supplies.
∎ 2) The Project Director should carry on the sole answerability to complete the project within 18 months (one and half year) from the date of instigation.
∎ 3) The Project Director has to put in order project work related manual that includes Project Management, Safety Plan, Project Quality Plan, and Corporate Branding.
∎ 4) He has to be well-known and retain diverse software like, PMP, ERP, Self prepared Oracle based custom-made software “Complete Construction Cost”
∎ 5) He has to put in order all required documents for prequalification, quotation for unit price and put forward the Tender.
∎ 6) He will do Project Planning by MS Project and PMP software.
∎ 7) He has to do the study and scrutinize cost as well as cash Flow by ERP, MS Project and Self prepared Oracle based customized software “Complete Construction Cost”.
∎ 8) He has to complete the whole project according to the master program and within the approved financial plan.
∎ 9) Monitoring of the advancement of work by MS Project and PMP software will be done by him.
∎ 10) He has to ensure and implement the Project Safety Plan.
∎ 11) He should be enthusiastic on the Quality Control as per the Project Quality Plan.
∎ 12) The Project Director has to be conscious on Proper documentation by PMP and other means.
∎ 13) Any other tasks handed over by the Company concerning to the project.
