Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fully Responsible of the project site and will plan, organize and control all activities of the project.
∎ Study all design in depth and inform concern authority well in advance about any variation
∎ Responsible for making work schedule according to project plan & Completion of all works in time.
∎ Prepare and forward demand of construction materials and ensure to get it in time.
∎ Finalize rate of contractors and prepare work order & Coordinate with project personnel and contractors to address operational issues and solve proactively.
∎ Responsible for preparing bills of work done and process the same to get it from authority.
∎ Responsible for safety and security of all men, materials and equipment in the project site.
∎ Ensure quality of construction and finishing of works.
∎ Coordinates project activities with government regulatory authority or other governmental agencies.
∎ Any other works assigned to him by Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age at least 45 years. Age limit may be relaxed for experienced and potential candidate.
∎ Able to perform all essential Project Phase Engineering responsibilities.
∎ Must have sound technical and good engineering knowledge to solve any problem arising at project site.
∎ Must have sound knowledge Especially on Tenders, Documents knowledge, Estimation, Making and Submission.
∎ Expert knowledge on building products, construction details and BOQ.
∎ Expert knowledge on relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
