Job Responsibilities:
∎ The primary job responsibility of this individual will be to promote and give professional support to the local crowd here.
∎ To participate in ongoing development, assessment, and improvement activities of the program
∎ To create and conduct assessment of current academic integrity practices
∎ To offer original solutions to solve problems or develop opportunities
∎ To oversee, evaluate, and maintain the quality and integrity of the program
∎ To serve on the university committees
∎ Others as required by the program

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Sufficient experience of working in academia will be highly appreciated.
∎ Knowledge of online and distance learning and effective pedagogical strategies
∎ Understanding of student conduct best practices
∎ Ability to manage multiple priorities and balance the needs of multiple constituencies
∎ Ability to problem solve and work in ambiguous situations
∎ Ability to facilitate difficult conversations with students, faculty, staff, and parents
∎ Ability to assess students’ developmental stage in order to facilitate productive conversations and, at times, goal setting and accessing resources.
