Responsibilities & Context:
To mentor students in academic growth, research activities, and professional development.
To provide academic leadership within the department and actively contribute to faculty development and strategic planning.
To participate in and contribute to the activities of the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), including self-assessment, program review, and continuous improvement initiatives.
To lead and support initiatives for national and international accreditation and institutional ranking.
To ensure that course content remains current, research-driven, and relevant to both academic and industry developments.
To engage in curriculum development, academic audits, and policy formulation processes in line with the strategic vision of the university.
To represent the university at national and international academic events, collaborations, and exchange programs, enhancing institutional visibility and reputation.
To undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the university authority.
To prepare lesson plans, lecture materials, and develop curriculum.
To conduct classes as assigned by the department.
To take class tests, quizzes, and exam.
To evaluate students’ assignments.
To set question papers and to evaluate answer scripts.
To attend departmental and general meetings.
To counsel students and to work in a team environment.
To perform any other work assigned by the University Authority.
Job Other Benifits:
02 (two) weekly days off.
As per University`s existing policy and to be framed time to time.
