Ph.D./Equivalent degree holder with minimum 2 First classes/Divisions/A Grades. Among these, at least a First Class/Division/A Grade must be in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
A proven track record of research and publications in top peer-reviewed journals and venues, especially those indexed by SCOPUS or Web of Science.
Preference will be given to candidates who have an undergraduate degree with a concentration in Human Resource Management. Additionally, applicants with advanced degrees—such as a Master’s or
Ph.D.—in disciplines such as Human Resource Information Systems, Data Analytics, People Analytics, or Artificial Intelligence will be given priority during the selection process.
12 years of experience, where 5 years is as Associate Professor. Total 15 publications, where 7 of those are published during the tenure as Associate Professor.
i. Prepare course outline, course calendar, lesson plan, tutorial and schedule for students and conduct theoretical, tutorial and practical classes, extension teaching, related research and cooperative field experience.
ii. Evaluate the students’ achievements and maintain their cumulative records,
iii. Supervise and guide students’ works and activities inside and outside classrooms,
iv. Identify academic problems of individual students and assist in their solution,
v. any other duties as may be assigned by the authority.
