• Portfolio is mandatory – include samples of beauty, product, real estate, and creative edits.
• Strong understanding of color grading, lighting, skin tones, and composition.
• Ability to manage both high-volume production work and creative, detailed projects.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions while applying creative judgment where needed.
• Must be responsible, deadline-oriented, and quality-focused.
• Proven experience in photo retouching across various categories (beauty, product, real estate, creative).
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom (Capture One knowledge is a plus).

• Perform high-end glamour retouching for skin, fashion/editorial beauty, and products.

• Edit and enhance real estate images (HDR blending, virtual staging, lighting adjustments, color correction, sky replacement, etc.).

• Retouch eCommerce and product photos to deliver polished, market-ready visuals. ( Like infographic Design)

• Work on creative/artistic projects, including composites, manipulations, conceptual editing, and digital artwork.

• Maintain visual consistency across images and follow brand/client instructions accurately.

• Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high attention to detail and quality.

• Capable of assigning a multiple-category Free Trial for company clients.
