Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and animations for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).
∎ Create static images, infographics, banners, and promotional materials for social media graphics.
∎ Stay updated with the latest trends in social media design, motion graphics, and animation, and incorporate them into design projects.
∎ Collaborate with the content team to enhance digital content with visually appealing graphics.
∎ Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize video and motion graphic projects.
∎ Generate unique ideas using 2D assets to create original designs.
∎ Ensure videos align with the brand's style and messaging.
∎ Enhance projects with music, voice-overs, and sound effects to add value.
∎ Capture high-quality footage with proper framing, lighting, and audio quality.
∎ Conduct regular design reviews, seeking feedback from stakeholders, and iterate on designs based on feedback received.
∎ Maintain a library of reusable motion graphic templates and assets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer focusing on social media design.
∎ Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva).
∎ Solid understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements.
∎ Strong portfolio showcasing a range of social media design projects and examples of motion design work (if applicable).
∎ Excellent creativity, visual aesthetic, and attention to detail.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
∎ Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
∎ Knowledge of video editing software (such as Premier Pro, After Effects) and ability to create compelling animations (Preferred).
∎ Understanding of current design trends, best practices, and user experience principles.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 25000 (Monthly)
