∎ Photoshop Automation, Creating Action Script
∎ MASTER Working with Photoshop, Camera Raw, Bridge and Lightroom
∎ Must have knowledge on Microsoft excel and word
Job Responsibilities:
∎ GENERATING MAXIMUM OUTPUT FROM TEAM MEMBERS
∎ MUST HAVE TO FULFIL DAILY TARGET FROM THE EDITORS
∎ Managing and motivating team members for maximum clipping/retouching output
∎ Understanding client's requirements
∎ Strict quality control maintenance
∎ Checking quality and performance of the Photoshop editors
∎ Tracking and recording the editing file numbers of each Photoshop editors.
∎ MASTER working with tools like Photoshop, Bridge, Camera Raw and Lightroom
∎ Retouching: Adjusting exposure, Frequency Separation, Transform Shape with Liquify, Correcting color cast, Removing dust and scratches, Retouching a product shot with the Healing tools, Creating silhouettes with layer masks and clipping paths, Adding shadows and highlights, Replacing product colors, Creating fullness and volume in hair, Getting rid of flyaways, Creatively retouching hair, Working with curly, thin, and short hair
∎ Advanced Tasks: Selecting objects in photographs, Refining masks with the Smudge tool, Refine Mask, and Refine Radius, Using the Focus Area tool, Skewing and distorting a layer, Transforming and duplicating in one operation, Warping text, Creating and masking Smart Objects, Applying Smart Filters, Nesting Smart Objects, Using Content-Aware Scale, Applying stack modes, Using the Liquify filter, Drawing custom vector shapes, Adjusting contrast, color, and luminance with blend modes, Text design and realistic 3D text effect.
∎ Color Correction: Correcting skin tones, coloring sampler points and curves efficiently, adjusting tone and color, performing target-based corrections, sharpening
∎ Action: Creating a custom action, Assigning keyboard shortcuts to actions, Creating a droplet for an action, Performing quick lens corrections, Automating merging to HDR Pro, Creating event-based scripts, Working with layers more efficiently with actions, Inserting stops, menu items, and conditionals, Automatically creating graphics from layers using generators, Working with variables and scripts
∎ Adjustment Layer Blend: Adjustment layer basics, Improving color and contrast with Auto Curves and Auto Levels, Creating custom black-and-white effects, Using a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer to recolor artwork, Expert color grading with color lookup tables, Using gradient maps, Making nondestructive adjustments with Smart Objects and stack modes.
∎ Lightroom: Import and organize photos, choosing selects and workflow, editing raw photos, retouching and improving photos, applying color, style and presets, export photos for clients and web.
∎ CAR PHOTO EDITING EXPERT and CAR PHOTO QUALITY CHECKING CAPABILITY
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
