∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Refrigerators (Home Appliance Products) Production
∎ Setting Up New Line for Refrigerators Production -Equipments, Assembly Line & Layout Planning
∎ Work with project incharge for project planning, equipment planning, layout planning and project execution
∎ Training of Engineers and Operators
∎ Production & Manpower Planning to achieve the Production Demand and Cost Targets
∎ Controlling of defective product rate
∎ Provide expertise and required training of every stage for improving process
∎ Managing incoming material inspection
∎ Implementation of KPI to all operators

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Technical/ Practical knowledge on Refrigerator Production Equipments - Cabinet Fabrication Line, Door Metal Line, Thermoforming Machines, PU Foaming Machines, Assembly Line
∎ Must have good skill/ knowledge of reporting in Excel/Powerpoint
∎ Good Knowledge of Autocad
∎ Enough knowledge of inventory management system, standard quality system, ERP/SAP software knowledge
∎ Manpower utilization depends on capacity
