∎ B Pharm / Life Science (B.Sc. in Biology Subjects)
∎ MBA in Marketing or Healthcare / Hospital Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conceptualize, develop & implement all marketing activities.
∎ Designing of Communication or Visual Aid, product leaflets, Bi-Folds, LBLs, research paper, other promotional information etc.
∎ Analysis of market & competition to identifying SWOT.
∎ Planning & conducting various activities like CMEs and activities engaging doctors and customer.
∎ Analysis of sales and promotional activities in terms of
∎ Product performance - Product wise sales, %age achievement and growth
∎ Impact of activities - incremental product sales
∎ Review of the product on the regular basis
∎ Scientific updates on the product / utilization of product in clinical practise
∎ Product Performance
∎ Competitor's Activities
∎ Field Working on Regular Basis with sales team through which:
∎ Evaluate the implementation of strategies of product
∎ Monitor key competitors activities
∎ Handling customers queries and getting their perception regarding Products.
∎ Conducting / participating meetings
∎ External - Cycle meeting (Visual Aid briefing and sales review), Budget meeting, product launch meeting
∎ Internal - product review and strategic meetings on regular basis
∎ Providing Product Training regarding the marketing aspects of the product to the field staff.
∎ Launching of new products.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Total experience of 4 to 8 years in marketing or market research or Healthcare
∎ Proficiency in MS Office tools
∎ Ability to handle "first of its kind" projects / initiatives from concept to implement
∎ Should have experience of handling his/her department independently with all compliances.
∎ A suitable candidate must be presentable with decent communication skills
∎ Good analytical market research skills.
