This in-office role involves managing the logistics and customer service aspects of our product deliveries, from order entry to handling returns. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, computer proficiency, particularly in Excel, and experience in logistics or customer service.Key Responsibilities:Product Entry on Pathao Courier System:Enter order and customer information into the Pathao courier system accurately.Ensure all data is meticulously recorded for each deliveryOrder Confirmation via Calls:Contact customers to confirm order details and address any queries.Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during interactions.Packaging Products for Delivery:Ensure all products are securely packed according to company standards to prevent damage during transit.Handing Over Product to Courier:Coordinate with courier services to ensure timely dispatch of orders.Return Products Handling:Process returned items by inspecting, ironing, and repackaging them before restocking.Resolving Courier and Customer Issues:Act as the first point of contact for resolving issues related to couriers or customer deliveries.Use problem-solving skills to manage and resolve conflicts and complaints efficiently.Work Hours:This position requires the employee to work from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.Qualifications:Minimum education of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC).Excellent verbal communication skills and proficiency in computer usage, especially Excel.Prior experience in logistics, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.Quick and effective problem-solving abilities.
