Additional Requirements:

• Age 22 to 35 years

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, or online campaign management.

• Proven expertise in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, and WordPress (or similar CMS).

• Strong understanding of lead funnels, conversion tracking, and campaign management and optimization.

• Excellent creative writing and content editing abilities.

• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage campaigns independently.

• Experience running data-driven marketing experiments with clear ROI tracking.

Responsibilities & Context:

1. Develop, plan, and implement digital marketing strategies across social media platforms.

2. Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.

3. Create and run paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).

4. Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

5. Optimize content for higher engagement, reach, and conversions.

6. Plan and execute SEO strategies to increase website visibility.

7. Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust marketing strategies.

8. Design social media posts, banners, flyers, brochures, and promotional materials.

9. Create brand identities, logos, product labels, and packaging materials when needed.

10. Edit product photos, promotional videos, and visual content.

11. Ensure all designs match the company’s branding guidelines.
