Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must be capable of preparing new product design documents and specifications individually.
∎ Candidate should have proficient knowledge on product development procedures (07 Steps - New Product Strategy, Idea Generation, Screening and Evaluation, Business Analysis, Development, Testing and Commercialization)
∎ Work under the supervision of PD team to coordinate and execute product development activities.
∎ Complete the product development projects with allocated budgets and timeline.
∎ Ensure that final products meet customer requirements.
∎ Develop process improvements to ensure product quality and productivity.
∎ Follow best practices to ensure smooth and continuous product development operations.
∎ Communicate new products ideas and concepts to PD team members.
∎ Review and recommend changes to current product development processes.
∎ Make product updates based on changing business demands.
∎ Maintain product requirements, technical and functional documentations for reference purposes.
∎ Analyze and ejection of product issues in a timely fashion.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
