Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing dynamic procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective
∎ Communicating and negotiating with vendors to land more profitable deals
∎ Working on forecasts, budget & cash flow management
∎ Preparing & analyzing miscellaneous procurement reports, essential for smooth supply chain
∎ Evaluating and reporting on KPIs of team members
∎ Managing and motivatingthe Procurement team
∎ Analyzing the market & competitors to implement effective strategy
∎ Creating innovative product promotions
∎ Working directly with CEO to achieve long term company's mission
∎ Collaborating with other departments using professional communication skill to create coordinated plans for business growth
∎ Improving purchase orders and ensuring delivery of goods & services efficiently
∎ Building relationships with vendors and managing potential risk of existing contracts
∎ Improving the overall supply chain performance and looking for any possible innovations in the process
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Previous experience in super market supply chain is essential
∎ In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing and negotiating terms
∎ Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes locally (e.g. inventory planning, distribution, warehouse management)
∎ Strong communication skills to train & develop team members
