Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop appropriate supply chain strategies to maximize the satisfaction of user department at the lowest possible cost.
∎ Lead the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
∎ Co-ordinate the total procurement & supply chain team.
∎ Plan, manage and coordinate all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand.
∎ Carry out final negotiation of any product/service and to ensure quality materials.
∎ Coordinate with Plant, Distribution, and logistics departments to determine, monitor and ensure smooth supply of RMPM.
∎ Work directly with F&A and Commercial department to determine most cost-effective solution for ensuring raw materials/goods to internal user department.
∎ Control expenditure and build a culture of long term saving on procurement cost.
∎ Establish standard operating procedures for purchasing and improve purchasing process.
∎ Perform cost scenario analysis & benchmarking.
