Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical Electronic Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Accounts, Banks Financial, Domestic International Procurement, Import through LC and TT., Supply Chain Management., Tender bidding, Tender Preparation
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Domestic International Procurement, IT Procurement, LC, Strong negotiation skills, Supply Chain Management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, Radio, Satellite TV, Telecommunication, Web Media/Blog
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Sourcing of different type of products from online, local and international market
∎ • Prepare compliance statement for tenders (Commercial, financial and technical requirements)
∎ • Create and maintain relationships with venders/suppliers
∎ • Estimate and establish budgets for purchases
∎ • Review all venders and suppliers quotes/pricing and contract for best pricing
∎ • Maintain purchase records and other important data
∎ • Develop plans for purchasing services, and supplies
∎ • Ensure that the products and supplies meet quality standards as per client expectations
∎ • Work with team members to complete bidding process
∎ • Maintain and update a list of suppliers POC
∎ • Create Purchase Order (PO) or Letter of Credit (LC) to the suppliers/vendors, review Pro-forma invoice, commercial invoice etc.
∎ • Coordinate with clients for bill collections and prepare relevant documents
∎ • Negotiate LC terms and conditions with Bank and Suppliers
∎ • Coordinate with the bank for differently kindly of tasks such as Bank Guarantee (BG), Performance Guarantee (PG) or Line of credit, payments, salary etc.
∎ • Follow up with Forwarder/CNF agent for products collection and delivery to the destinations as per requirements and on time.
∎ • Prepare shipping documentation such as Commercial invoice, packing list, Country of origin, HBL/Air way Bill, BL (Bill of lading).
∎ • 24/7 operational support to meet the different time zone as well as for bidding purpose
∎ • Ability to work under Pressure and handle multiple tasks in parallel
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ • Must be able to speak, write and understand basic English.
∎ • Must have sound knowledge in basic math calculation.
∎ • Good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, Power point. MS Outlook etc.)
∎ • Required excellent typing skills in Bangla and English.
∎ • Experience in tender handling are extra advantages.
∎ • Intimate knowledge of rural Bangladesh customer needs
∎ • Knowledge and experience working with distributors network in Bangladesh.
∎ • Ability to report writing in English.
∎ • Must be agreed to travel hole over Bangladesh.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
