Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Chemical Engineering/ Applied Chemistry and Chemical Engineering/ M.Sc in Chemistry from a reputed institution
∎ Skills Required: Production Process, Production/ Operation Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Chemical Plant, Chemical Process Plant
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chemical Industries

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth running of all machinery through DCS for uninterrupted chemical production maintaining standard
∎ Responsible to meet Company Standards with assurance of health and safety regulations
∎ Manage and assign duties of workers/ operators on daily basis to maintain shifts and oversee their working progress
∎ Responsible for the smooth running of operations as per SOP and initiating troubleshooting during emergency
∎ Coordination with maintenance, QC, waste preparation, stores, and other departments for smooth operation
∎ Identify the OHS Hazards for the activities within the scope of the department and carry out risks assessment
∎ To manage Manpower deployment in shifts and assign duties according to the availability of employees
∎ Maintain documentation like production log book/maintenance log book/ Quality log book regularly

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to operate DCS-based plant
∎ Ability to run plant individually as per schedule
∎ Well-organized and time management skills to meet the deadlines
∎ Applicants should have experience in the same field (Chemical Plant, fertilizer, Refinery)
