Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any discipline, preferably in English, Business Studies, Management, or Business Management
∎ Diploma in Secretarial Science is preferable

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all appointments and meeting schedules of the Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) and updated them regularly
∎ Deal with all stakeholders/communications on behalf of CMD through email, phone call and other social media
∎ Screen and take note from all telephone/mobile calls of the CMD and convey information
∎ Prepare and disseminate different business letters to different overseas and local concerns as per directions of CMD
∎ Prepare meeting minutes and other secretarial notes on different issues concerned with CMD
∎ Enlist necessary appointments for CMD according to the schedule
∎ Maintain and update a database for all communication of CMD
∎ Arrange protocol service, visa, air ticket booking, hotel reservation related activities of CMD according to pre-schedule
∎ Accompany with CMD in the time of visiting different establishments, factories and take notes
∎ Act as the first contact point to reach CMD
∎ Notify CMD on upcoming events and prepare necessary arrangements
∎ Contact with concern Govt. and non-Govt. organizations for any documentation purpose
∎ Any other secretarial tasks relevant with this role and assigned by CMD

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 42 to 47 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Only Retired Army Officer (Capt. /Major) or Govt. Officer are allowed to apply
∎ Incumbent should have the mentality to work beyond the regular working hour
∎ Should have minimum 10 years' practical working experience of performing all kinds of secretarial works of Chairman, Managing Director and/or CEO maintaining high level of confidentiality/privacy at a mid/large size company
∎ Able to perform all kinds of secretarial works
∎ Should have good command in MS-Word, Excel, WhatsApp, E-mail correspondences and Internet Browsing and other social communication platforms
∎ Sound interpersonal skills
∎ Should have work cross-functional working skill
