• Age 35 to 45 years

• Provide academic and administrative leadership to the Nursing College.

• Ensure compliance with the Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC) standards and regulatory requirements.

• Develop and implement academic policies, syllabi, and schedules in line with national curriculum guidelines.

• Oversee faculty recruitment, development, and performance evaluation.

• Monitor student performance, attendance, discipline, and overall progress.

• Supervise the preparation of annual reports, accreditation documents, and inspections.

• Build and maintain partnerships with local hospitals to facilitate clinical placements and internship coordination.

• Organize and lead academic events, workshops, seminars, and examinations.

• Handle correspondence with the university, BNMC, and regulatory bodies.
