Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline but English subject will get preference.
∎ B. Ed / M. Ed / English Medium background will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend meetings for school with Parents, Head of Sections and Teachers.
∎ Proactively solve problems for trouble areas.
∎ Plan short term and long term strategic goals for school vision.
∎ Proactively address concerns identified by Head of Sections.
∎ Visit Class rooms frequently and be aware of the problems of both the Teachers and the students.
∎ Providing academic and administrative support to the management.
∎ Ensure that the Teachers take classes regularly, punctually and effectively.
∎ Any other duty assigned time to time by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 02 years as Principal/Vice Principal in a reputed institution.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ The applicants should have experience in education, administration and management.
∎ Experience in English medium / version school or college will get preference.
∎ Candidate should be computer literate with excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Candidate needs to be hardworking, honest, energetic and innovative.

Salary: Negotiable
