∎ To help upholding the vision of the school
∎ To ensure that academic policies and curriculum are followed in Lower Secondary and Secondary sections perfectly
∎ To have knowledge about IGCSE/O Levels and A Levels
∎ To develop and track benchmarks for measuring institutional success
∎ To help teachers maximize their teaching potential
∎ To encourage, guide and assist students and teachers
∎ To conduct meeting with parents and administrators on a regular basis for problem resolution
∎ To discipline students according to the school policy and enforce campus rules, such as the dress code and attendance policy
∎ To provide an atmosphere free of any bias in which students can achieve their maximum potential
∎ To ensure that operating expenses do not exceed the allocated budget
∎ To develop objectives for extra-curricular activities
∎ To be able to foster a team spirit so that everyone works toward a common goal
