Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Master of Architecture (M.Arch)
∎ Skills Required: 3D Max, 3dStudioMax, AutoCAD, Client Management, LUMION, Project Management, VRAY

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Advisor/ Consultant, Architectural Design, Exterior Design, Interior Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead, review, and ensure implementation of architectural & interior design and development
∎ Advisor of all kinds of architectural & interior master plan design issues.
∎ Coordinate and oversee all technical activities relating to architectural and engineering projects, including interior design, reviewing drafts and computer models, and approving design changes.
∎ Preparing detailed architectural and interior drawings for all types of projects such as residential, commercial, and Industrial, and creating architectural visualization.
∎ To supervise project development and site co-ordination.
∎ Manage the schematic design process and prepare drawings, renderings, and other presentation materials as required for internal design reviews.
∎ Innovate and develop new standards, policies, and procedures for architectural design and engineering work as necessary to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
∎ Feasibility study of the project and Analysis of the Topography of the site.
∎ To do interior design and execution.
∎ Accountable for all projects BOQ, Work order.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working days and hours: Three (3) days a week (Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday) for at least Two (2) hours a day.
