Experience:

• 1 to 3 years

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
• Diploma in Business Studies in Accounting & Information System
• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in English
• HSC in Business Studies

• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with electronic cash registers and point-of-sale systems.
• Multitasking: Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously during busy periods.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve customer issues or complaints calmly and efficiently.
• Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues for smooth store operations.
• Flexibility: Adaptability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist them during checkout. Scan and bag items accurately. Handle cash and card transactions efficiently. Provide assistance with inquiries or concerns.
• Cash Handling: Operate cash registers and POS systems. Process payments accurately. Maintain a balanced cash drawer at the end of each shift.
• Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the store layout, product locations, and promotions. Assist customers efficiently by answering questions about products.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the checkout area is clean and organized. Wipe down conveyor belts, payment terminals, and surrounding areas.
• Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures regarding refunds, exchanges, and cash handling protocols. Verify age for restricted items (e.g., alcohol, tobacco).
• Stock Management (Occasional):Assist in restocking shelves. Organize products and maintain inventory levels when necessary.
