∎ Must be graduated (EEE) from reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must understand programming logic related to machine and process automation, such as Inverters, I/O assembly, interface, memory and power supply.
∎ Must be able to understand the controller, it's function and relevant all parameters, data that are embedded and programmed in control systems
∎ Must understand HMI by using resources such as I/O, SoftPLC, CODESYS or Ethercat, and operating systems Find out Bottleneck operations & ensure line balancing.
∎ Should be able to do commissioning and installation of Seimens PLC, HMI, VFD and Industrial automation devices like relays, gears, sensors and actuators.
∎ Should be able to find faults, repair and maintain Siemens programmable logic controller (PLC) systems used within manufacturing plant.
∎ Should be able to reset, Open and Configure the PLC Programming Software.
∎ Should be able to train junior engineers, maintain proper documentation of log service. Book.
∎ Advanced process control (APC);
∎ Distributed control systems (DCS);
∎ Programmable logic controllers (PLC);
∎ Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA).
∎ Specialized in Siemens PLS SIMATIC S7-1500.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4/5 years hands on Seimens PLC exposure at reputed industry domain
∎ Age should be around 35 years.
