Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set target and prepare production planning.
∎ Plan, Schedule, and prepare mix design.
∎ Monitor works to assure that plans, specifications and regulations are being observed and followed.
∎ Prepare budget for plant, and ensure optimum resource utilization and materials allocation for efficient and quality production.
∎ Compare actual work done against planned from time to time, and take necessary action to maintain the work schedule.
∎ Manage, evaluate, monitor, and coach workforce assigned to the plant.
∎ Train all members of the maintenance team so that can perform their tasks promptly with accuracy
∎ Motivate all members related to machine operation & maintenance.
∎ Evaluate, monitor, and ensure that plants and operating equipment are clean and properly maintained.
∎ Maintain the required stock of spare parts to avoid any production failures.
∎ Prepare Quality Standard and ensure materials quality.
∎ Assure compliance with all safety programs.
∎ Prepare quarterly, monthly and half yearly statement on production and, Quality and report to management.
∎ Monitor all activities of the plant regularly.
