Job Context:
∎ UNIgas has established a state-of-the-art LPG Import, Storage, Bottling and Distribution Terminal in Sitakunda, Chattogram. The Main Terminal is located at Sitakunda,Chattogram and satellite stations will be in Broader Dhaka, North & Mongla/Khulna region etc. The company is now looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and high caliber individual for the following position:
∎ Job Location: Mother Terminal, Barabkund, Sitakund, Chattogram
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Management of daily operations.
∎ Require managing the monthly sales demand of domestic, Industrial LPG Cylinder, Auto Gas Station
∎ Delivery & Bulk sale.
∎ Must Know SAP H4 HANA specially PP-QM Module
∎ Continual development of EHS practice in plant premises.
∎ Need to perform LPG Cargo receiving through offshore Marine terminal.
∎ Supervision of daily operational activities maintaining proper communication along with sales distribution, logistics and finance team.
∎ Following proper practice of SOP for all machinery, operation.
∎ Require to monitor log sheet, schedule maintenance of LPG pumps, Compressor, Air Compressor, Generator and other instruments.
∎ Organize the daily operational activities and distribution of work among my subordinate Supervisors.
∎ Observation of any maintenance work in LPG network, Firefighting system, utility system of plant and take corrective action if necessary.
∎ Need to monitor housekeeping program to consistently improve its standards.
∎ To ensure periodical inspections of various safety and lifesaving equipment, firefighting equipment, gas detectors, flame detectors, smoke detectors etc.
∎ Coordination of SH&E training of employees to ensure competency of workforce is maintained as required.
∎ Implementation of SOP of each and every equipment of plant.
∎ Provide guidance to LPG plant personnel with safety briefings and toolbox talks.
∎ Implementation of LPG unloading checklist, procedure and documentation.
∎ Arrangement and coordination of emergency mock drills and ensure proper exercise of both in office area and plant sites.
∎ Supervision of all technical activities, modification, operation of plant as a team member of technical team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Having at least 08 years of LPG Sector Operations Experience is a must.
∎ At least a part of one completed LPG Project.
∎ EPC/EPS Project full Understanding.
∎ LPG Plant Operations.
∎ Idea of Engineering.
∎ Leadership & Communication
