Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. in Civil Engineering (Preferably from Public University). For suitable and experience candidates educational qualifications will be considered.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Ready Mix Concrete
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure necessary production of concrete as per specifications and quantity of Customer and arrange necessary logistics to convey that concrete
∎ Develop schedule of order received, production and delivery record to maintain smooth operation
∎ Conduct batching operations in an efficient and safe manner while complying with all standard regulations, quality and SOP
∎ Ensure efficient working condition of plant equipment and instruments which includes greasing parts, sweeping, shoveling, performing equipment repairs, and cleaning
∎ Inspect machinery and maintain records of servicing schedule to avoid failure of the operation
∎ Maintain inflow and outflow of materials & spare parts to avoid deficit and prepare reports accordingly
∎ Understand appropriate uses of various mix designs and records
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Job-Based Competencies:-
∎ Proper estimation of raw materials required for concrete production
∎ Shall be able to understand the design & drawings of the construction site.
∎ Prepare technical specifications, datasheets, BOQ, and construction drawings.
∎ Behavioural Competencies:-
∎ Follow Code of Ethics set by the Company
∎ Effectively communicate with the interdepartmental aspect
∎ Shall have to travel & visit/ relocate at any site as per project requirement
∎ IT Competencies:-
∎ Expert in MS Office Package
Salary: Negotiable
