Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting risk assessments to identify potential threats to pipeline integrity, such as corrosion, third-party damage, and equipment failures.
∎ Analyzing data from various sources, including inspection reports, to assess the condition of pipeline segments and prioritize maintenance or replacement activities.
∎ Developing and implementing a comprehensive integrity management plan that outlines strategies for monitoring, inspecting, and maintaining pipeline assets.
∎ Overseeing the scheduling and execution of regular inspections, integrity assessments, and nondestructive testing of pipeline components.
∎ Developing emergency response plans and procedures to address pipeline incidents, leaks, and ruptures to minimize environmental and safety risks.
∎ Implementing corrosion control measures and coordinating repair and rehabilitation activities for pipeline segments found to be in poor condition, including selecting appropriate repair methods and materials.
∎ Managing a database of pipeline inspection and integrity data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for analysis and decision-making.
∎ Staying updated on advancements in pipeline integrity assessment technologies.
∎ Continuously monitoring the performance of pipeline integrity measures and adjusting the integrity management plan accordingly.
∎ Investigating any pipeline failures or incidents to determine the root causes and implementing preventive measures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 08 years of professional experience in pipeline integrity assessment related to oil and gas sector projects or in projects of similar nature. (Must)*
∎ All the Certificates and project experience letter/certificates must be present.*
