• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Physiotherapy center, Clinic

• At least 2 years of experience as a Physiotherapist in a recognized healthcare institution or hospital.

• Specialized training or experience in treating individuals affected by leprosy and disabled patients will be an added value.

• Willingness to work with people affected by leprosy and disability.

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments to analyze physical states, mobility levels, and functional restrictions.

• Create personalized physiotherapy intervention strategies aligned with the broader patient care plan.

• Administer a range of physiotherapy interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and assistive devices, to improve mobility and function according to treatment protocols.

• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and medical updates.

• Collaborate closely with Medical Officers, Nurses, and Assistive Device dep. to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Provide education to patients and their families on physiotherapy exercises, self-care techniques, and preventive measures.

• Address concerns and questions related to rehabilitation and physical health.

• Keep precise and current patient records, recording assessments, interventions, and progress notes.

• Generate reports following hospital procedures and regulatory guidelines as needed.

• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for therapy sessions.

• Assist in ensuring the overall safety and well-being of patients during physiotherapy activities.

Monthly Consolidated Salary BDT 45,748.00 as per TLMI-B policy.
