Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the Co-Chairman's calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences. Ensure that the Co-Chairman's time is optimized and meetings are well-coordinated.
∎ Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Prioritize and respond to messages on behalf of the Co-Chairman.
∎ Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and any necessary documentation.
∎ Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings. Take minutes, draft summaries, and follow up on action items.
∎ Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and records. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
∎ Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, executives, and employees. Serve as a point of contact and liaise between the Co-Chairman and various parties.
∎ Help the Co-Chairman prioritize tasks, allocate time efficiently, and manage competing priorities effectively.
∎ Assist in delegating tasks to appropriate team members, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
∎ Screen and filter incoming requests, visitors, and phone calls, ensuring that the Co-Chairman's time is optimized.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be smart, proactive and punctual.
∎ Well groomed (Both Personally and Corporate)
∎ Must have sound knowledge in English.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (especially in Excel, Word & Power Point) is mandatory.
∎ Oral and written communication both in Bengali & English
∎ Desire to work beyond general working hours under immense pressure.
∎ Ability to cope with constant changes.
