Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for day to day operations of the Vice Chairman's Secretariat.
∎ Prepare and coordinate all program schedules of the Vice Chairman.
∎ Prepare, disburse, receive and follow-up all official letter(s), report(s) related to the Vice Chairman.
∎ Arrange and coordinate (including selection of date, time, and location) internal and external business meeting/ conference of the Vice Chairman.
∎ Responsible for handling all travel arrangements (domestic and international) including hotel accommodations, airline reservations, rental cars, office & site meeting venues.
∎ Prepare and disburse meeting agendas and meeting minutes to the concern peoples on behalf of Vice Chairman.
∎ Prepare various materials when requested, using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
∎ Convey Vice Chairman's instructions to concerned official persons timely and effectively.
∎ Liaising with prominent personalities (Govt. & Non Govt.) of the country considering business need.
∎ Carry out any other job assigned time to time by the Vice Chairman.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to perform all kinds of secretarial works.
∎ Ability to work independently and under supervision.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Especially in Word, Excel & Power Point) is mandatory.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in English.
∎ Any applications without related experience will not be accepted.
