Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities for this position may include but not limited to:
∎ Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
∎ Have to involve in all Asset management, bank management and other personal income of the management.
∎ Control personal gunman, driver's activities and prepare schedule for them.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with management and all employees of the Organization.
∎ Continuous Personal development of the management (Dress code, Daily personal schedule, food, attitude, social media, tour plan etc.)
∎ Dealing with other matters as per management requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Must be smart, proactive and punctual.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in English.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (especially in Excel, Word & Power Point) is mandatory.
∎ Strong oral and written communication both in Bangla & English
∎ Desire to work beyond general working hours under immense pressure.
∎ Ability to cope with constant changes.
