Responsibilities & Context:

A reputed business group is seeking a professional, experienced, and disciplined Female Personal GYM Trainer for the Chairman Madam’s private in-house gym. The trainer will be responsible for providing tailored fitness programs, one-on-one sessions, and health guidance to support the Madam’s fitness and wellness goals in a secure, private environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a customized fitness routine aligned with Madam’s health goals and physical condition

• Conduct personal training sessions including strength, cardio, stretching, and functional workouts

• Ensure correct exercise form and technique to prevent injuries

• Track progress and adjust programs as needed

• Provide basic dietary and wellness guidance, if required

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and order in the in-house gym

• Respect privacy, maintain full confidentiality, and behave with utmost professionalism

• Be punctual, well-mannered, and presentable at all times

 

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Personal Fitness Trainer for high-profile individuals

• Certification in fitness training from a recognized institution (local or international)

• Good understanding of women's fitness, body toning, and flexibility training

• Professional attitude with strong discipline and ethics

• Ability to work discreetly in a home environment

• Female candidates only

• CPR/First Aid certification will be an added advantage
