Additional Requirements:
  • Only Female
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a professional boxing trainer or coach.
  • In-depth knowledge of boxing techniques, training methodologies, and fitness principles.
  • Proven experience working as a personal trainer with visible results.
  • Competitive boxing experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
  • Certification in fitness training, sports coaching, or boxing (preferred).

Skills Required

  • Ability to design and execute personalized training programs.
  • Excellent observational skills to ensure proper technique and form.
  • Patience, dedication, and the ability to adapt to the client’s pace and preferences.
  • Knowledge of nutrition and recovery practices (optional but beneficial).


Responsibilities & Context:

Personalized Boxing Training:

  • Develop and deliver customized boxing programs tailored to the client’s fitness level, goals, and schedule.
  • Teach essential boxing techniques, including punches, footwork, defense, and strategy.
  • Ensure proper form and technique to maximize performance and prevent injuries.

Fitness and Conditioning:

  • Incorporate strength, endurance, and agility exercises into boxing routines.
  • Design effective warm-up, cool-down, and recovery programs.

Progress Tracking:

  • Regularly assess and monitor the client’s progress and adjust training plans as necessary.
  • Set measurable goals and milestones for skill and fitness improvement.

Motivation and Mentorship:

  • Provide encouragement, guidance, and constructive feedback during training sessions.
  • Build a strong trainer-client relationship based on trust and professionalism.

Safety and Injury Prevention:

  • Ensure all exercises and training techniques are performed safely.
  • Educate the client on injury prevention, proper equipment use, and recovery techniques.

Knowledge Sharing:

  • Share insights about boxing as a sport, including rules, strategies, and history, to enrich the client’s experience.

Work Environment

  • Private sessions conducted at a home gym, studio, or designated training facility.
  • Flexible scheduling to accommodate the client’s availability.
