Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Delivering documents and packages within the office.
∎ Collecting Samples, bills from Clients
∎ Maintaining cleanliness and organization of office spaces.
∎ Assisting with basic maintenance tasks.
∎ Managing and restocking office supplies.
∎ Supporting staff with various tasks as needed.
∎ Ensuring all office equipment is functioning properly.
∎ Support administrative staff with filing, photocopying, and other clerical tasks
∎ Perform other routine maintenance tasks as needed
∎ The Peon will be expected to handle tasks such as delivering documents, managing office supplies, and assisting with basic maintenance tasks.
