Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive and greet all new patients in the ward with appropriate manners & courtesy.
∎ Promptly and professionally respond to all types of client enquiries.
∎ Coordinate with patients, doctors, nurses and management.
∎ Ensure cleanliness of ward/cabin ceilings, doors, windows, furniture etc. in every shift including washrooms.
∎ Ensuring overall cleanliness of hospital premises.
∎ Managing duty roster of lower grade employees and ensuring their daily attendance and activity.
∎ Ensure that all staffs are functioning regularly and effectively.
∎ Issue and maintain registers accurately for stationary & other items required for patients/cabins
∎ Ensure all subordinates are maintaining dress code, wearing ID cards & Name Plates.
∎ Liaise with concerned departments to maintain cabin repair, maintenance and utility services.
∎ Immediate response to resolve any problems encountered by incoming / outgoing patients in hospital premises.
∎ Handling complaints and queries from customers and staff.
∎ Ensure the hospital staffs are patient friendly and maintain quality of services.
∎ Ensure a safe environment of care for all patients and Guests.
∎ Ensure premium service and a sustainable relationship with patients.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by superior authority from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Service / Floor in-charge in Medical Services.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital.
∎ Computer literacy: Hands-on experience in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ Soft skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, problem solving skills, conflict management.
∎ Able to lead the subordinates and handle any unexpected situations.
∎ Smart, Pro-active, enthusiastic and result oriented.
