Experience:
SSC/HSC passed in any discipline.
Preferably 1-2 years of experience working in any healthcare organization as a Patient Care Attendant.
Demonstrates a personal interest in the health and well-being of others.
Has good physical strength and stamina.
Excellent Communication (error-free, accent-free verbal and written with good body language) skills.

We are currently looking for energetic, dynamic and enthusiastic person for the following position: Patient Care Attendant (under Nursing Service Department)
Major Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day work of OT & Ward.
Transport patients by wheelchair or stretcher for treatment or surgery between care facilities.
Carry messages, reports, requisitions and specimens between departments.
Make beds and maintain patients' rooms.
Maintain inventory of supplies.
May perform maintenance tasks such as assisting with the set-up and maintenance of equipment, cleaning or sterilizing equipment.
Turn over bedridden patients and help to lift them up.
Assist patients in sitting, standing, laying down, and walking.
Help patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.
Routinely clean patient rooms, nursing units, surgical areas etc. using various cleaning chemicals and disinfectants, wipe equipment, clean furniture, polish floors.
Collect dirty laundry from all patient areas and distribute the clean linen and hospital gowns back to the appropriate floors.
Greet patient or their families and find out the nature of their inquiry.
Provide information to assist patients or refer them to appropriate support services in the hospital.
Communicate all information to OT & Word in-charge on a daily basis.
Perform duties of handling Patients for OT and Word/back office work.
Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures.
Comply with Waste management procedures and policies.
Check and prepare files according to the patient's OT/Word.
Follow up on the OT Sequence of Patient and answering the patient family’s queries.
Monitor all payments and procedures of OT preparation.
Update accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer contact information.
Coordinate with other departments to successfully provide services to patients.
Do needful as per order by the reporting authority.
Other relevant assignments by Management as and when required.
