∎ Experience as PABX/Telephone Operator will be added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Protocol

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide assistance to phone-caller by transferring calls to appropriate person or department, including in-bound & out-bound calls.
∎ Manage & response VIP calls with full concentration.
∎ Quick response to the caller & extend all out support.
∎ Maintain Logs of calls.
∎ Coordinate & liaison with phone operators regarding uninterrupted service.
∎ General administrative duties as & when assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent oral communication skills.
∎ Knowledge of MS office.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
∎ Smart, well groomed and confident with a professional attitude.
