∎ B.Sc / Diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery.
∎ B.Sc. in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing
∎ Valid BNC registration

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ At least 2 years OT experience.
∎ Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in similar position in Hospital
∎ Candidate must speak clearly and with well manner
∎ Capable of prioritizing tasks to meet goals.
∎ Willing to meet on-call obligations as needed
∎ Ability to communicate effectively
∎ Must have smiling face

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assessing patients and gaining their trust.
∎ Planning and delivering patients care.
∎ Monitoring patient’s progress.
∎ Monitoring and administering medication.
∎ Writing records.
∎ Supervising junior staff.
∎ Organizing workloads.
∎ Providing emotional support to patients and relatives.
∎ Advising patients and relatives on health-related issues.
∎ Comply with patient safety policy Ensure safe utilization of equipment's and proper waste disposal system.
∎ OT Equipment Maintenance.
∎ Infection Control and Sterilization.
∎ Ensure timely indenting and proper stock management.
∎ Well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.
∎ For female candidate must have experience of performing NVD, OT management & ward management.
