Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Control Room Operator objective is to organize and coordinate production shift team to produce good quality product taking cognizance of safety, efficiency, effectiveness, quality and cost per ton:
∎ Ensure to report concerned shift incharge or supervisor to take specific instructions from him.
∎ Ensure proper handover and take over from the previous shift.
∎ Ensure the cleaning of loading machines, packing machines, and the floor and its surroundings thoroughly.
∎ Operate loading machine and related operations based on laid down SOP.
∎ Ensure to pack and load specified tons per hour from related packing machines.
∎ Ensure that the exact amount of bags are correctly loaded on the trucks.
∎ Arranging the empty bags at all times on the packing floor.
∎ Report any malfunctions in Roto Packer/Loading machines and Auxiliaries to shift incharge and concerned supervisor.
∎ Clean the auto packer with compressed air during and at the end of each shift.
∎ Count and record finished and rejected cement bags shift wise.
∎ Ensure loading slips are received before trucks are loaded.
∎ Ensure safety of personnel by operating the auto packer in accordance with standard operating procedures.
