Key Responsibilities:
Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Update product information, inventory levels, and pricing as needed.
Respond to customer inquiries and assist to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Maintain records and reports using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Collaborate with the team to enhance operational efficiency.
Identify areas for improvement and bring fresh ideas to the table.
