∎ Create and execute fun and engaging promotional activities to get the word out about our brand.
∎ Engage with customers directly at events or online to build excitement and loyalty for our brand.
∎ Help plan and run marketing campaigns and events to showcase our products and attract new customers.
∎ Keep an eye on market trends and what our competitors are doing to find new ways to promote our brand.
∎ Demonstrate our products or services to customers, highlighting their benefits in a clear and appealing way.
∎ Gather feedback from customers to see what’s working and what needs improvement, and share these insights with the team.
∎ Develop good relationships with key people like store partners and influencers to support our brand’s growth.
∎ Act as a friendly face for our brand, making sure all interactions reflect our values and messaging.
∎ Monitor how well our promotional activities are performing and suggest improvements to make them even better.
∎ Work closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure our promotional efforts align with our overall goals.
